On the first Sunday in March every year, the Club hosts the biggest and best annual slot car sale and swapmeet in Australia. It is in Sydney.
In 2026 the A.S.R.C.C. Slot Car Sydney Swapmeet and Sale is on Sunday 1st March 2026.
It is at the same location as last five years, the fantastic Hornsby War Memorial Hall located at 2 High St, Hornsby, NSW, 2077.
It is next door to the Hornsby RSL with plenty of parking available on the otherwise quiet Sunday morning.
It is also now airconditioned which means it will be a comfortable day enjoying the swapmeet be it 20 or 40 degrees.

It is only $30 for a 6 foot trestle table and with maximum of only 44 available, do not wait to book yourself a seller table or two.
Each trestle table can fit 40-50 boxed Scalextric cars.
Entry is free for Members, $5 for non-members.
Non-members can join on the day and save the $5 entry fee but even better would be join now as you will get more benefits for the full year.

If join after 1st July 2025, Membership is discounted for partial year at single $29, family $34.
The A.S.R.C.C. slot car sale and swap meet on the first Sunday in March every year will feature:
- 44 trestle tables selling slot car items, mostly 1/32nd cars.
- Likely more than 1,600 slot cars in the room for sale and with swapping encouraged. Bring some of your unwanted slot cars to offer as a swap to sellers. Sets, track, accessories and spares are also expected available.
- Sellers who are collectors, racers, slot car shops with new products, traders with long ago sold out items. New, used, boxed, unboxed.
- Food and drink available for purchase.
- Break out area with table and chairs to relax, eat/drink and socialise.
- Club stands including Membership, Club Merchandise and donated items for sale.
